Gas maker Inox Air Products files IPO papers with Sebi

Industrial and medical gas maker Inox Air Products has filed initial public offering papers with market regulator Sebi. The IPO will comprise an offer-for-sale (OFS) of 7.7 crore shares, with no fresh issue component.

The company reported a 4% increase in net profit to Rs 914 crore for FY26 and posted 9% growth in revenue to Rs 3,034 crore during the same period.
