Accenture leases 2.72 lakh sq ft office space from House of Hiranandani in MMR

Accenture Solutions has leased a significant office space in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region from House of Hiranandani's commercial project. The lease agreement covers 2.72 lakh square feet with a monthly rental of Rs 1.9 crore over a ten-year tenure.

Real estate consultant JLL India facilitated the major leasing deal. The agreement will ensure substantial revenue flows to House of Hiranandani throughout the lease period.
