L.K. Advani, Manish Sisodia among voters sent Election Commission notices in Delhi

The Election Commission of India has sent notices to former Deputy Prime Minister L.K. Advani, his daughter Pratibha, daughter-in-law Geetika, and former Delhi Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and his family members as part of a review of voter data discrepancies.
The notices were issued to 33.13 lakh voters whose information in the Systematic Voters' Rolls (SIR) contained logical inconsistencies. Advani's name did not match the 2002 SIR voter list, while his son Jayant's did. Sisodia's son Meer received a notice citing parental name discrepancies, and his wife Seema's notice flagged name variations.
Election Commission officials stated the notices aim to verify facts and documents before finalizing entries in the voter roll. Delhi Chief Minister Atishi Marlena, AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, and former Union minister Kapil Sibal were also among those who received similar notices.
