Airtel Hikes Postpaid Tariffs by ₹50 From October 8, Adds Free International Roaming Annually

Bharti Airtel has increased its postpaid tariffs by ₹50, effective October 8, 2026, bundling a complimentary international roaming benefit into the revamped plans. The free roaming offer, valued at ₹2,000, includes 5GB of data, 60 minutes of calls, 25 outgoing SMS, and unlimited incoming SMS, valid for five days per trip. Customers can activate the benefit whenever they choose.

Existing postpaid subscribers will be automatically migrated to the nearest higher plan within a month of the new launch. The tariff adjustment represents a 3–11% price increase depending on the plan tier. On family plans, every member qualifies for the annual free roaming benefit, according to company sources.
