Bareilly-Haldwani Expressway will reduce the distance between Delhi and Nainital, providing new connectivity

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) is working on developing a greenfield expressway of about 100 kilometers from Bareilly to Haldwani. This project will help bypass areas such as Baheri, Kichha, Rudrapur, Lalkuan, and Pantnagar.

After the expressway is completed, travel from Delhi-NCR and Lucknow to the hilly regions of Kumaon, including Nainital, is expected to improve. This will reduce both travel time and distance.
