BL Agro to invest ₹7,000 cr in Tanzania over 10 years

BL Agro plans to invest ₹7,000 crore in Tanzania over the next 10 years. The investment spans edible oils, dairy and agriculture.

The company will initially fund the investment through internal accruals. It is also exploring bank loans, preferably at subsidised rates, and a public listing as another route.
