Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advises Blackstone on ₹12,000 crore Knowledge Realty Trust OFS

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas has advised Blackstone entities on an offer for sale (OFS) of 1.11 billion units of Knowledge Realty Trust through the stock exchange mechanism, valued at approximately ₹12,000 crores (USD 1.3 billion).

The transaction marks Blackstone's first OFS in India and is the largest OFS in the country's private sector. The legal work was led by Partner Janhavi Manohar, supported by Senior Associate Ankesh Kumar and Associate Sanjana Prasad.
