BMC to set up six skill centres in north Mumbai
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation plans to establish six skill development centres across north Mumbai. These centres will serve individuals aged 18 to 40, focusing on training programmes in emerging skills that match current industry requirements.
The initiative aims to bridge the gap between job market demands and available workforce capabilities in the region, offering residents access to contemporary skill-based education and vocational training.
