Bondada Engineering Wins ₹1,338 Crore NTPC Solar and Battery Storage Order

Bondada Engineering Limited has secured a Notification of Award from NTPC Renewable Energy Limited for a renewable energy project in Sitapur, Uttar Pradesh. The company will develop a 250MW solar photovoltaic project along with a 50MW/200MWh Battery Energy Storage System, valued at approximately ₹1,338.03 crore including GST.

The project will be executed under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction model, with completion expected within 18 months of receiving the award. This contract expands Bondada Engineering's solar EPC order book to around 5.5GWp and increases its BESS pipeline to nearly 1.1GWh, strengthening its position in India's renewable energy sector.
