Chelsea must improve defensively, says manager Xabi Alonso

Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso has highlighted the need for defensive improvement despite the team's strong attacking performance this season. The club is jointly leading the Premier League scoring charts with eight goals from three matches.

However, Alonso pointed out that Chelsea's defensive record remains a concern, having already conceded seven goals in the same period. The manager's comments underscore the balance required between attack and defence for sustained success.
