CM Yogi Directs Fast-Track Approval of ₹11,724 Crore Kanpur Division Projects

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a meeting with the Public Works Department at the HBTU campus in Kanpur on Thursday to review the 2026-27 work plan. Public representatives from Kanpur Nagar, Kanpur Dehat, Kannauj, Etawah, Auraiya, and Farrukhabad presented development proposals for their respective areas.

Adityanath directed officials to prioritize public welfare projects and implement them within stipulated timelines. He instructed swift action on proposals related to the Chief Minister Gram Sadak Yojana, state highways, bridges, flyovers, and road safety. The Chief Minister also ordered recovery of compensation for damages caused to PWD roads and emphasized transparent, coordinated action on issues raised by public representatives.
