CM Yogi directs aid for flood-affected families, orders catchment cleanup

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed authorities to provide comprehensive assistance to families affected by recent flooding. Instructions have been issued to identify and remove encroachments in the catchment area of the Mandakini river to prevent future incidents.

Additionally, a safety audit has been ordered for the foot over bridge constructed across the river. The measures aim to address both immediate relief needs and long-term infrastructure safety in flood-prone areas.
