Corteva spins off seed business, focuses on crop protection

Corteva Agriscience has announced plans to spin off its seed business to establish itself as a pure-play crop protection company. The restructuring will allow the agricultural firm to focus exclusively on crop protection solutions.

As part of its strategic direction, Corteva plans to launch 12 new active ingredients over the next decade, including five biological products. This expansion aims to strengthen its position in the crop protection market and meet evolving agricultural demands.
