DDA bolsters security at Aastha Kunj following rape incident
The Delhi Development Authority has initiated security upgrades at Aastha Kunj park, installing closed-circuit television cameras and floodlights following a rape incident on September 21. Three men allegedly posed as policemen when they approached the teenager at the location.
The move comes over a week after the incident. The DDA's action reflects efforts to improve safety infrastructure at public spaces in the capital.
