Delhi launches expanded health scheme, raises ASHA worker incentives

The Delhi government has announced an expansion of its ANMOL scheme alongside a hike in incentives for ASHA (Accredited Social Health Activists) workers. The moves form part of a broader push to strengthen healthcare delivery across the capital.
The ANMOL scheme, which focuses on maternal and child health, will now reach a larger beneficiary base. ASHA workers, who serve as frontline health workers in communities, will receive enhanced financial incentives to support their field operations and improve service delivery.
These initiatives aim to improve health outcomes and expand access to primary healthcare services in Delhi.
