Delhi HC permits activist Natasha Narwal to travel to UK for academic pursuits

The Delhi high court has granted permission to activist Natasha Narwal to travel to the United Kingdom for academic work. Narwal, who is an accused in the 2020 Delhi riots conspiracy case, has been allowed to leave India from November 2 to December 1.
The court's decision comes as Narwal sought temporary travel relief to pursue her academic commitments abroad. The permission is conditional and restricted to the specified dates, after which she is expected to return to India.
Narwal has been a prominent figure in activism and was arrested in connection with investigations into the 2020 Delhi communal violence. The high court's decision to permit her travel suggests judicial consideration of her circumstances while the case remains under proceedings.
