Delhi metro shuts 12 stations amid Jantar Mantar protest

Delhi metro authorities announced the closure of at least 12 stations on Friday in response to a protest scheduled at Jantar Mantar. The move was taken as a precautionary measure to manage expected crowds and maintain security.

The closure sparked debate over the inconvenience caused to commuters, with questions raised about the necessity of such large-scale shutdowns during protests.
