Disha Patani Leases Mumbai Apartment for ₹2.85 Lakh Monthly, to Earn ₹71 Lakh Over Two Years

Actress Disha Patani has rented out her luxury apartment at Rustomjee Paramount in Khar West, Mumbai, one of the city's premium residential areas. The leave-and-license agreement was registered on June 1, 2026, for a 24-month period, with the tenant paying a monthly rent of ₹2.85 lakh.

The apartment, spanning over 1,000 square feet on a higher floor, has been leased to Kamlaben Mangalbhai Gujjar. The agreement includes a security deposit of ₹8.55 lakh and a 5 per cent escalation clause after the first year, raising the monthly rent to approximately ₹2.99 lakh in year two.

Based on these terms, the property is expected to generate nearly ₹71 lakh in rental income over the two-year lease period. Patani joins several other Bollywood celebrities who have recently monetised their real estate holdings in Mumbai.
