Advocate Submits Pen Drive With Videos and Witness Accounts to CBI in Disha Salian Case

Mumbai: In a fresh development in the Disha Salian death investigation, her father Satish Salian and advocate Nilesh Ojha submitted a pen drive to the Central Bureau of Investigation on Thursday. The pen drive allegedly contains photographs, videos, witness accounts and digital evidence related to the case.
Ojha claimed the pen drive includes video recordings from eyewitnesses and supporting material for allegations made by Satish Salian. He referred to witness accounts, including one from a person identified as Naved Mujawar, who allegedly witnessed Disha falling from a building. Ojha alleged discrepancies in witness accounts regarding the timing of events, police arrival and clothing.
Ojha demanded swift action from the CBI based on examination of the submitted materials, claiming the testimony of witnesses was crucial for the investigation.
