DP World Cochin achieves record monthly cargo throughput in August
DP World Cochin has set a new monthly throughput record by handling 97,952 TEUs (twenty-foot equivalent units) in August. This marks a significant jump from the previous months, when the port processed 74,644 TEUs in June and 74,585 TEUs in July.
The milestone reflects growing cargo volumes at the major container terminal, which is a key player in India's port infrastructure and regional trade operations.
