Godrej Properties acquires development rights for ₹6,000 crore luxury project in South Mumbai

Godrej Properties Limited has acquired development rights over a 2.5-acre land parcel at Marine Lines from Man Infraconstruction Limited and Shreepati Group. The land will be developed as a luxury residential project with an estimated revenue potential of ₹6,000 crore.

Elarra Law Offices advised Godrej Properties on the acquisition, handling deal structuring, drafting, negotiation and finalisation of transaction documentation. The legal team was led by Managing Partner Madhura Samant, Partner Supriya Majumdar, and Associates Nihal Mehta and Abhas Raj.
