Greenbase to invest ₹2,000 crore in Chennai industrial park

Greenbase, the industrial real estate arm of Hiranandani Group, is expanding into Chennai with a ₹2,000 crore investment. The company is developing a 55-acre industrial park at Arani, near Red Hills, offering approximately 1.2 million square feet of space.

The project has already secured an anchor client in the renewable energy sector, signalling strong demand for industrial infrastructure in the region. The development aligns with growing interest in establishing manufacturing and industrial facilities in Tamil Nadu.
