Gulf Oil Exports Recover to 81% of Pre-War Levels in September
Gulf oil flows excluding Iran recovered to 81% of pre-war levels in September, supported by a significant rebound in Saudi Arabian exports. Crude and condensate shipments reached 91% of pre-war levels during the month.
However, refined fuel exports remained comparatively weaker. Daily flow volatility has raised concerns about the sustainability of the recovery in oil production and export levels across the region.
