Himachal: Jairam Thakur Calls HimCare Probe a Drama to Defame, Claims BJP Will Return to Power in 2027

At a felicitation ceremony for Panchayati Raj representatives in Nachan, Jairam Thakur, Leader of Opposition and BJP leader, launched a sharp attack on the Sukhu government. He called the investigation into the HimCare scheme a drama aimed at defaming it.

Thakur accused the government of lockdown-style restrictions and a spirit of political vendetta. He claimed that the BJP would form the government after the 2027 Assembly elections.
