Monsoon Havoc in Himachal Pradesh: 101 Roads Closed, 84 Transformers Out of Service
Monsoon rains in Himachal Pradesh have caused widespread damage. So far, 101 roads, 84 electricity transformers, and 24 drinking water schemes have been affected.
In Mandi district, road and electricity supply have been disrupted the most. During the monsoon season so far, the state has recorded 298 deaths and losses exceeding Rs 1.68 lakh crore.
