Vehicular movement restricted on Hospital Road, Wokha for 15 days

Vehicular movement along Hospital Road in Wokha will be temporarily restricted for 15 days starting September 24 to facilitate ongoing road upgradation work. The restriction applies to the stretch from Molonsu Colony Junction to Sub Jail/Tsumongo Ovung's Residence Junction.
The road development project, undertaken under the 2nd Phase SASCI (Urban) scheme, will cover the area from Government Higher Secondary School Junction to Bailey Baptist College via District Hospital and District Sub Jail Road, with paver block installation planned throughout. Deputy Commissioner K. Mhathung Tsanglao has directed traffic heading to Civil Hospital to use Sub Jail Road as an alternate route during the restriction period.
The DC appealed to the public to cooperate with the temporary traffic arrangement to ensure smooth project execution.
