Hyderabad Dental College Suspends 12 Final-Year Students Over Ragging
The Government Dental College in Hyderabad has suspended 12 final-year BDS students for six months on ragging charges. First-year students lodged complaints alleging that senior students routinely forced them to purchase alcohol, cigarettes, and food items, as well as arrange Swiggy deliveries.
The complaints also included allegations that seniors made juniors perform various tasks. The college principal confirmed the suspensions following the investigation into these ragging allegations.
