Hyderabad to inaugurate Donald Trump Avenue near US Consulate on June 23

Telangana is set to inaugurate Donald Trump Avenue, a road adjoining the US Consulate in Hyderabad's Financial District, on June 23. The move aims to highlight the state's strengthening economic and diplomatic relations with the United States.

Chief Minister A Revanth Reddy had initially proposed naming the road after the US President in December 2025. The plan was deferred earlier due to global uncertainties, including US tariff disputes and West Asia tensions. With the situation stabilizing, the state government has revived the proposal and is proceeding with the inauguration.
