Hyderabad RTC Raises Fares for Festival Special Buses by Up to 50%

The Hyderabad Regional Transport Corporation has issued an order allowing special buses operated during festival periods to charge fares up to 50 per cent higher than regular rates. The revision applies to festival-specific bus services introduced to handle increased passenger demand during celebrations.

The fare adjustment is intended to cover additional operational costs associated with running extra services during peak festival seasons.
