Moving Car Catches Fire On Flyover In Indore's Bhawarkuan Area

A moving Hyundai i20 car caught fire on Thursday afternoon on a flyover near Atal Bihari College in Indore's Bhawarkuan area. The incident occurred around 12:30 pm when smoke started emerging from the vehicle's bonnet. The driver immediately stopped the car and exited safely as flames rapidly engulfed the front section.
The fire brigade arrived at the scene and worked to control the blaze, though much of the vehicle had already burned by then. Traffic on one side of the flyover was temporarily halted as a precaution, causing congestion in the area. Officials said a technical fault appears to be the likely cause, though investigations are ongoing.
No injuries were reported. The vehicle, owned by Dharmendra Goyal, was completely destroyed in the incident.
