Animesh Kujur aims for medals at Asian Games after learning from past mistakes

Indian sprinter Animesh Kujur has arrived in Aichi-Nagoya for the Asian Games with improved credentials, carrying a personal best of 10.14 seconds in the 100m and the national record of 20.32 seconds in the 200m.
Kujur has gained confidence through international competition and learned to manage his body effectively, timing his peak performance for major events. He aims to medal across all three events he is competing in, despite facing strong regional rivals including Japan's Shuhei Tada and Soshi Mizukubo.
Reflecting on lessons from the Asian Championships, Kujur is determined not to repeat previous errors and approaches the Games with renewed focus.
