India's FY27 growth projected at 7-7.2% amid strong domestic demand and capex: EY

India's real GDP growth is expected to remain resilient at 7 per cent-7.2 per cent in FY27, buoyed by strong domestic demand and sustained government capital expenditure, according to EY. The firm projects nominal GDP growth could reach 12.5 per cent-13 per cent during the period.
Despite geopolitical uncertainty, elevated crude oil prices, and a weaker global trade environment, EY believes India's economic fundamentals remain robust enough to weather external pressures.
