Indira Canteen tops Kochi's budget wish list

A delegation led by Kochi's mayor has submitted a 12-project wish list to the government, with the Indira Canteen scheme topping the priorities. The list includes proposals for a 190 million litres per day drinking water treatment plant, major road projects, and a road-over-bridge (ROB) infrastructure.

The delegation also sought support for the Vembanad Lake Rejuvenation Mission as part of the comprehensive development agenda for the city.
