InvIT and REIT assets set to double to ₹20 trillion by 2030-31: ICRA

The combined assets under management (AUM) of Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) are expected to double to nearly ₹20 trillion by 2030-31 from ₹10 trillion in 2025-26, according to rating agency ICRA.

The expansion will be driven by infrastructure monetisation, renewable energy and fibre platforms, commercial real estate, warehousing and data centres. These sectors are seen as key growth drivers in the medium term.
