Jharkhand Congress challenges BJP-backed Nathwani's Rajya Sabha nomination

The Jharkhand Congress unit has challenged the Rajya Sabha nomination of Parimal Nathwani, accusing him of submitting false and incomplete information in his nomination papers. Workers of the party alleged irregularities in the documentation provided by the BJP-backed candidate.

The Congress has demanded cancellation of Nathwani's candidacy, citing discrepancies in the details furnished during the nomination process. The matter raises questions about the verification procedures for Rajya Sabha candidate nominations in the state.
