Kalki 2 Spokesperson Denies Official Clarity on Alia Bhatt Casting Reports

The spokesperson for director Nag Ashwin's Kalki 2898 AD sequel has dismissed reports of Alia Bhatt joining the film, stating there is no official clarity on her casting. When asked about claims that the actor had already shot for the movie, the spokesperson told Hindustan Times, "No shooting."

"There's no official clarity yet. Someone posted it on social media, and everyone else copied and pasted it as news," the spokesperson said. The film stars Prabhas, Kamal Haasan, and Amitabh Bachchan. Reports had suggested that Sai Pallavi replaced Deepika Padukone, who exited the project in September last year.
