Kerala CM's daughter received payments from CMRL with no services rendered: I-T Board
The Income Tax Interim Settlement Board in 2023 established that T. Veena and her now-defunct company Exalogic Solutions received regular monthly payments from CMRL despite no evidence of any services being provided in return.
A Serious Fraud Investigation Office probe uncovered fictitious cash expenses totalling approximately ₹182 crore over 15 years. According to investigators, these expenses were allegedly used by CMRL to make payments to various persons.
