Kerala issues guidelines to remove unauthorised flex boards, prosecution for violators

Kerala has issued guidelines for the removal of unauthorised flex boards, banners, flag decorations and similar materials installed across public places, roadsides, footpaths and traffic islands.

The directive follows repeated orders from the Kerala High Court directing the complete removal of such unauthorised installations from the state. The guidelines also outline prosecution measures against offenders who violate the removal orders.
