Kerala seeks additional 150 MW from NPCIL to ease power shortage, says CM

Kerala is looking to secure an additional 150 megawatts of power from the Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited (NPCIL) to address the state's ongoing electricity shortage, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said.
Vijayan stated that this extra allocation should enable Kerala to take control of the power situation and resolve the crisis facing the state. The move comes as Kerala grapples with a significant power deficit that has impacted supply across the region.
