Kerala University to abandon K-REAP exam system after technical failures

Kerala University's Syndicate has decided to withdraw first-year undergraduate programme (FYUGP) results and abandon the K-REAP examination system due to persistent technical issues. The university will restore its own software for managing examinations.
The move comes as Kannur University has launched an inquiry into complaints regarding K-REAP, which was introduced by the previous Left Democratic Front government. The system has faced multiple operational challenges affecting the examination process.
