Keventer and Saroj Poddar Groups launch ₹400-crore real estate debt fund
Keventer Group and Saroj Poddar Group have jointly launched a ₹400-crore investment fund dedicated to real estate ventures. The fund will focus on secured debt financing for projects across Delhi-NCR and West Bengal regions.
The two sponsors have committed ₹80 crore to the initiative and project a gross internal rate of return between 18 and 22 percent.
