KICL Receives Type Certificate from DGCA for KOAIR-10L Drone

KICL has received a Type Certificate from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) for its KOAIR-10L Drone. The company announced the development to the BSE on October 9.

The certificate was issued under the provisions of the Drone Rules, 2021, marking a regulatory approval milestone for the company's unmanned aerial vehicle. Type Certificates validate that aircraft designs meet safety and performance standards set by the aviation authority.

The KOAIR-10L now meets DGCA compliance requirements, enabling its deployment in India's regulated drone operations sector.
