Kochi police consider KAAPA charges against arrested bus employee

Muhammed Ansar, 24, a private bus employee, was arrested on Monday in Kochi for alleged intimidation of at least two motorists and assault of a police officer on duty.

Kochi City police are considering invoking the Kerala Anti-Social Activities Prevention Act (KAAPA) against him. The charges relate to incidents of intimidation and the assault on the on-duty officer.
