Congress Government Responsible for Coal and Power Crisis, Says KTR

BRS working president K.T. Rama Rao attributed the current coal, power, and irrigation challenges facing Telangana to the Congress government's policies and governance failures.

Rama Rao called for an independent probe led by a sitting judge to investigate alleged mismanagement at Singareni Collieries Company Limited and irregular foreign coal imports. The demand comes amid concerns over the state's energy security and resource management.

The opposition party has intensified scrutiny of the Congress administration's handling of critical infrastructure sectors, linking the crises to administrative lapses and poor policy decisions.
