A serious incident has come to light in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. When a laborer was unable to pay the installment for his mobile phone, recovery agents forcibly picked him up and took him away.

After this, the recovery agents extracted the laborer's blood and sold it. Not only this, the agents also demanded money from the victim's family members.
