Law firm CAM represents lender syndicate for Adani data centre financing
Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas represented a syndicate of eight international and domestic lenders for an USD 800 million bridge financing facility. The facility was availed jointly by Giridhari Build Estate Limited and Granthik Realtors Private Limited, both subsidiaries of AdaniConneX Private Limited, a joint venture between Adani Enterprises Limited and EdgeConneX.
The financing supports construction, operation and maintenance of five data centre projects in Ellikatta District, Telangana. The projects include three 80 MW facilities, one 30 MW facility and one 40 MW facility. Lenders in the syndicate included Natixis IFSC Banking Unit, Rabobank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Clifford Capital Credit Solutions, DBS Bank, MUFG Bank, ING Bank and Intesa Sanpaolo.
