LDA Approves Nautika Greens Project in Lucknow, 5 Towers of 28 Floors Planned

The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has approved the Nautica Greens residential project in CG City. The project is located along a 45-meter-wide road between Ekana Stadium and Palazzo Mall.

Under this development plan, 5 towers of 28 floors each will be constructed. The project will include a total of 500 premium flats and 200 luxurious penthouses. The apartment complex will be equipped with modern amenities.
