Macquarie completes stake buyout in Maple InvIT

Macquarie Asset Management has completed its acquisition of a stake in Maple InvIT, an infrastructure investment trust. Following the transaction, Macquarie and La Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec will jointly hold controlling stakes in both Maple's investment manager and project manager.

The deal reinforces Macquarie's position in India's infrastructure sector through its participation in managing one of the country's significant infrastructure investment platforms.
