Indian equities slip as healthcare stocks lead losses
Indian equities extended their decline on Wednesday, with the Nifty index slipping below the 22,650 level as selling pressure persisted at higher levels.
Healthcare stocks led the losses during the session. Apollo Hospitals and Max Healthcare were among the top decliners. In contrast, banking and realty stocks outperformed, with Kotak Mahindra Bank, InterGlobe and ICICI Bank emerging as top gainers.
