Madhya Pradesh Medical College Students Launch Social Media Campaign Over Staffing Shortage

Students at Government Medical College in Sheopur have launched a social media campaign to draw attention to poor institutional facilities. The protest highlights a critical staffing crisis at the college, where only 22 of the 118 sanctioned teaching positions have been filled.
The campaign underscores the challenges faced by medical students due to inadequate faculty strength, affecting the quality of education and training. The vacancy rate of over 81 percent has prompted students to seek public attention for urgent institutional reforms.
